If the citizenry cannot replace a dysfunctional government and/or limit the power of the financial Aristocracy at the ballot box, the nation is a democracy in name only.

We stumbled across this over at Zero Hedge.

While we don’t disagree with the gist of the neofeudalism corollary, we’d like to correct the wording, just a bit:

If the citizenry cannot replace a dysfunctional government and/or limit the power of the financial Aristocracy at the ballot box, the nation is a democracy Republic in name only.

Yeah, that’s better.
